¶ Preparation

¶ Steps
¶ Step 1 Select the cable
- First make sure the camera is correctly connected to the power and signal wires. When connecting the display, ensure that
GNDis also connected to the monitor.
¶ Step 2 Modify the format switching cable
- A 4-pin silicone cable is included in the camera package. Its original purpose is not for switching the camera video format, so one of the wires needs to be removed and then reinserted into the sixth pin position.
¶ Step 3 Switch the video format
- With the camera powered on and connected to the battery, short pins 4 and 6, then remove the short and restart the camera.
¶ Notes
In most cases, modern displays already support automatic switching between PAL and NTSC, so there is usually no need to switch the camera manually.
Only perform this switch if you are sure your display does not support NTSC.
