- Use this guide if the receiver unit suddenly displays a black screen or disconnects during use.
- A stable and sufficient power supply is essential for proper device operation.
- Some commercially available goggle batteries may not provide enough power for the device to operate correctly. In some cases, users may even attempt to power the device with a power bank, which may result in an insufficient power supply.
A power supply of at least 9V is recommended. 12V, 2A is recommended for optimal operation.
- For example, the Avatar VRX outputs video through an HDMI cable. After repeated plugging and unplugging over long-term use, the connector may become loose, causing an unstable connection and video loss when the cable or connector is slightly moved.
- Try replacing the HDMI cable with a new one or with a cable from another brand. Low-quality cables are not recommended, as their HDMI connector dimensions may not meet the standard.
- The Avatar VRX can output video at up to 100 fps, but most displays do not support such high frame rates. In this case, press and hold the Back button for approximately 8 seconds. Release the button after the buzzer sounds to force the VRX to switch to 720p/60 fps output.
- The Avatar Goggles X supports HDMI mode. Press and hold the Back button for approximately 3 seconds to switch between different operating modes.
- If the device still does not work properly after replacing the HDMI cable and completing the troubleshooting steps above, please contact CADDXFPV official support for further assistance.
