- The VRX is already connected to a display, but no image appears on the screen.
- Stable device operation requires sufficient power. A 9–26 V power supply is recommended for the VRX.
- Most displays only support 1080p 60 fps and are not compatible with high frame rates such as 100 fps or 120 fps.
- If the screen is already black, simply press and hold the Back button on the VRX for 8 seconds to force the VRX to switch to 720p 60 fps.
- Some displays may not even support 720p and can only operate at 1080p. In this case, use a second display to configure the VRX first, then reconnect it to the original display.
- A very small number of high-end TVs only accept 4K input signals and may not work properly with 720p or 1080p signals.
- Replacing the HDMI cable may resolve the issue. It is recommended to use a high-quality cable from a reputable brand and avoid low-quality generic cables.
-
First, check whether the VRX powers on normally. Connect the power supply and wait a moment, then briefly press any button on the VRX and listen for the buzzer.
If the buzzer sounds normally, the VRX has powered on successfully. If the buzzer does not sound, the VRX may be faulty.
-
If the VRX repeatedly emits one long beep followed by one short beep during startup, the VRX has failed to boot. This is usually caused by an SD card or HDMI connection issue. Remove the SD card and disconnect the HDMI cable, then try powering on the VRX again.
- Although HDMI devices support hot plugging, it is still recommended to connect or disconnect cables while the devices are powered off to reduce the risk of damage caused by static electricity, power surges, or similar electrical issues.
This is especially important with some lower-end displays that may have limited protection circuitry.
If the issue still cannot be resolved, please contact an official support channel for technical assistance.
