- When the screen goes black during use and no video is displayed, but the signal indicator in the lower-right corner still shows that the connection is active.
- The coaxial cable is the single cable connecting the air unit to the camera. It is responsible for transmitting the camera video signal to the air unit.
- If removing the air unit from the gimbal’s built-in coaxial cable and reconnecting it using the original coaxial cable supplied with the air unit restores the video, the issue is likely caused by the gimbal’s built-in coaxial cable. The cable may have a poor connection, be deformed, or be damaged.
- Refer to this guide to replace the gimbal’s built-in coaxial cable
- If replacing the coaxial cable does not resolve the issue, try replacing the camera and air unit one at a time to determine which component is faulty.
Note that the Moonlight Kit can only be used with the Moonlight camera.
- A stable and sufficient power supply is required for normal operation. A 12V, 2–3A power supply is recommended.
- High-power air units require a higher-current power supply, or they should be powered directly using a suitable voltage source.
